| 装置特征： |
■T-模头 T-DIE
台湾原装模头，流道全封闭式塞料调整宽度，无边调整机构
■冷却辊 COOLING ROLLER
材料均选用优质无缝管、合金钢、不锈钢、经热处理、机械加工而成，表面镀硬铬，镜面、半镜面、雾面、花纹、四种表面状态。采用螺旋式冷却结构，冷却速度快，流延膜易于成形。
■螺杆 SCREW
采用优质合金钢（38CrMoALA)制造，氮化处理，使用寿命长，耐磨性好。
具有良好的混炼效果和均匀高热焓的树脂温度，使树脂熟化更彻底，涂层粘着强度高。
■快速换网装置
在作业中使过滤网更换通过油压快速进行，不中断生产，流道内不滞留塑料，保留时间短，换网时不使塑料冷却流动变慢，装置操作简便，换网时间短。
■静态混炼器
装置提高了对塑料的混炼效率高，使塑料粘着度均匀，使颜色分布均匀（能够降低色母料的费用）
